1. The game
Mango Buddy Run is published by LAAK RICHARD BRANDS LTD ("we"). By downloading or playing it you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, and the terms of the store you got it from (Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, or Google Play's Terms of Service). If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree for you.
2. Price and your licence
The game costs US$1.19 (or the local price the store shows) as a one-time purchase. We give you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to play it for non-commercial use on devices you own or control, under your store account's family sharing rules. You may not copy, resell, modify, reverse-engineer or extract the game or its art, music, characters or code, except where the law allows.
3. Your account and conduct
- Keep your account to yourself; you're responsible for what happens on it.
- Pick a respectful @username. No hate, harassment, impersonation or personal information.
- No cheating, exploits, bots, hacking, or attacks on our servers or other players.
We may change offensive usernames and suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
4. Mango Tokens and coins
- Mango Tokens are optional virtual items bought through Apple or Google. Coins are earned by playing, or by exchanging Mango Tokens in the game. Both are a licence to use in-game content only: they have no cash value, cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged for real money, and are not your property.
- Prices are shown by the store before you buy. Purchases are final except where the law or the store's refund policy says otherwise. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google; a refunded purchase may be removed from your account.
- Tokens are kept on your online account. Coins are saved on your device; deleting the app or your device data can remove them. Deleting your account removes your tokens.
- We may change prices, offers and in-game values, and may retire virtual items, with reasonable notice where required.
5. Online services
Friends, invites, leaderboards and the token store need an internet connection and may change, pause for maintenance, or end. We'll give notice before closing online services. Racing, both game modes and the garage keep working offline.
6. Disclaimers and liability
The game is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.
7. Apple-specific terms
If you got the game from the App Store: these terms are between you and us, not Apple; Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance; Apple is not responsible for any claims about the game, including product liability, legal compliance or intellectual-property claims; and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continuing to play means you accept them. These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana, without removing protections your own country's law gives you. Questions: support@laakrichardbrands.com.
